Locks and Lure Hair LLC is a U.S.-based e-commerce company headquartered in Connecticut, operating under U.S. consumer protection laws.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via FedEx and UPS for fast and reliable service.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard (FedEx/UPS Ground): 3–7 business days
- Expedited (2-Day Shipping): 2 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)
Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $250
- Flat rate or real-time shipping costs calculated at checkout for all other orders
Pre-Orders
Some items may be available on a pre-order basis. These require 10–14 business days for fulfillment before shipping. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together unless requested otherwise.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number from FedEx or UPS to monitor your delivery in real time.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we accept returns and exchanges only under the conditions outlined below.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is:
- Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original packaging, with all tags and seals intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used hair extensions
- Custom or pre-ordered items
- Clip-ins with broken security seals
- Final sale or clearance products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please report any damaged or incorrect orders within 3 days of delivery to receive a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- Contact support@locksandlurehair.com with your order number and reason for return
- Await approval and a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Ship item back using a trackable method
- Upon inspection, a refund or exchange will be issued
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
